After you complete an online application with Compass

for a personal interview to discuss your work history, strengths, objectives,future
career plans, desired work environment and salary expectations.You
may also be asked to take skills tests, which may be customised for
the type of position that interests you.
After identifying potential opportunities for you, your staffing consultant
will share details of the position before presenting your qualifications
